Thank you for considering sharing your healing story with Everyone’s Healing. By completing and submitting this form, you voluntarily give Everyone’s Healing permission to use the story and any audio, video, photographs, documents, or other files you choose to submit.

Your story and submitted materials may be used for public awareness, education, fundraising, advertising, and promotional purposes in support of Everyone’s Healing’s nonprofit mission, including on our website, social media, publications, and other public communications.

Everyone’s Healing reserves the right to edit submitted stories and materials for clarity, length, grammar, formatting, or other editorial purposes, while making reasonable efforts to preserve the meaning and voice of your story.
